<p>½ kg yogurt (hung for 2 hours)<br />
2 tbsp sugar<br />
1/4tsp cinnamon powder<br />
¼ tsp green cardamom powder<br />
1 tbsp almond finely sliced<br />
1 tbsp pistachios finely sliced<br />
1 pinch saffron</p>
<p>Method:</p>
<p>1)	In a bowl add the hung yogurt and add sugar.<br />
2)	Mix till sugar dissolves.<br />
3)	Add cinnamon and cardamom powders mix well.<br />
4)	Refrigerate for about an hour.<br />
5)	Garnish with almonds, pistachios and saffron.</p>
<p>Tips:Fruits  such as Mango, Orange, Banana, Lichee can be added.</p>
